omnidirectional
helicopter moving system

Moving helicopters inside a hangar is often complex, time-consuming and involves certain risks. Especially in confined hangars or maintenance facilities, precise positioning is essential to prevent damage to the aircraft and to ensure efficient workflows. The HANGARTAXI has been specifically designed to move skid-equipped helicopters safely, precisely and efficiently within the hangar. With its compact design, powerful electric drive technology and intuitive wireless remote control, the system allows accurate positioning of the helicopter ― even in very tight spaces.

Features

Our helicopter transport platforms ensure safe, efficient ground handling for all helicopter types up to 4,000 kg to MTOW  ― robust, custom-built, and fully multidirectional for maximum flexibility and easy operation.

Key Advantages

Precise maneuvering in confined hangar spaces
Operation by a single operator
Reduced risk of damage during ground handling
Optimal use of hangar space

Control system

The remote control unit provides intuitive and precise operation of the HANGARTAXI. Designed for industrial reliability and ease of use, it allows the operator to control all driving and lifting functions safely from a convenient distance. The handheld transmitter features clearly labeled push buttons for
all key functions such as:

Forward / Reverse movement
Sideways travel (left / right)
On-the-spot rotation
Speed adjustment (slow / fast)
Lift and lower functions

Each button is equipped with two-stage control, enabling both gentle maneuvering and faster move- ment when needed. All commands are transmitted via a secure industrial radio link with fail-safe communication and automatic emergency stop in case of signal loss. The compact and ergonomic design allows single-person operation and ensures maximum safety and comfort during ground handling procedures.
